In our guesthouse, we offer pleasant accommodation in a quiet environment. We have 11 rooms/30 beds with 2 extra beds available. The rooms are spacious with 2-4 beds. Some rooms have a private balcony. Each room has its own sanitary facilities (toilet sink and shower). We have equipped the family rooms with fridges and kettles.
You can freely use the premises of the restaurant, a bar with a tap counter and a social lounge, suitable for family celebrations, weddings or corporate events. In the professionally furnished kitchen, you have at your disposal a gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave and, by arrangement, also a dishwasher.
Accommodation with dogs is possible, the only condition is your own bed.
In the garden we have a children's playground, and during the summer a 2x4 meter swimming pool and a large trampoline, where the children will certainly go crazy. In addition, there are 2 fireplaces, roller coasters and enough space for football or volleyball in the garden.
In the village, not far from our guesthouse, there is a multifunctional playground, perfect for tennis, volleyball or netball.
In case of bad weather, we also have a children's playroom in room 301.
Parking in front of the guesthouse is free.
You can use Pension Lumis for recreation, team building events or family gatherings.

In the vicinity you will find popular tourist spots, such as the Pajndl Observatory on Tisovém vrch, Rajman's Lookout on Křížovém vrch, Děpoltovický pond, Loket Castle, Doubí Castle and others. There are several natural swimming pools in the vicinity. The Rolavské natural swimming pool is located only 16.4 km from the Lumis guesthouse. It is ideal for a wide range of leisure activities, such as a climbing wall, a beach volleyball court, an in-line skating rink, etc. The Plešivec complex with an adrenaline park is only 30 minutes (21 km) by car from the Lumis guesthouse. Mount Plesivec will delight visitors of all age groups. You can enjoy the breathtaking view from the Plešivec lookout tower and you can try a whole range of more or less adrenaline activities. The Karlovy Vary region boasts more than 2,000 kilometers of marked cycling routes. With the current 137 cycle paths in Karlovy Vary, there are plenty of options for outdoor enthusiasts.
